Voting – Voting takes place on the following days; Tuesday 11th October 9:15am – 10:30am, Wednesday 12th October 12:00 noon – 1:00pm and 3:30pm – 5:00pm, Friday 14th October 12:00 noon – 1:00pm and 3:30pm – 6:00pm, Saturday 15th October 12:00 noon – 1:00pm and 3:30pm – 6:00pm

AGM – The AGM will be held in our auditorium on Sunday 16th October at 9:00am
